Kim Shepherd saw room for more personal customer service in Central Coast holiday hosting. Coast Getaways was created to bring that missing element to every stay.
Today, the business is known for consistent quality, considered service and a boutique collection of carefully selected homes. It continues to grow within the local Central Coast community.
Meet Kim Shepherd.
Owner and founder of Coast Getaways, Kim has called the Central Coast home for 20 years.
Her professional background is in the arts, where she worked as a publicist, marketing specialist, producer and agent. Her clients included the Australian Olympic Committee, Sydney Dance Company, Floriade, Sydney Festival and other local and international festivals.
After moving to the Coast, Kim immersed herself in the community and first worked as a stylist and interior designer. That creative eye, together with her experience bringing people and places together, became part of the way Coast Getaways hosts today.
