Welcome to Frangipani Retreat, a warm and inviting Long Jetty home with a resort-style feel, a sparkling private pool and an outdoor entertaining area.
There is space for family escapes, multi-generational trips and time away with friends. The whole home and its indoor and outdoor spaces are exclusively yours during your stay.
The space
Downstairs, an open-plan kitchen and dining space sits alongside a front TV room, a small gym, laundry, a sitting area for morning coffee and a separate office. Upstairs, the main bedroom has an ensuite and private balcony, with the remaining bedrooms and main bathroom nearby.
Outside, the private pool and entertaining area make room for swimming, reading and a late-afternoon BBQ.

Arrival and departure
Published check-in is 2:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. During busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, times may change, with the listing noting check-in around 4:00 pm and check-out around 9:30 am.
Linen and cleaning
Professionally laundered linen and deep cleaning are completed before each stay. For stays of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay linen change is provided. Guests are asked to clean the BBQ, oven and microwave if used. A $50 extra cleaning fee is listed if these are not cleaned.
Bond and verification
The property description publishes a refundable security bond of $1,500 that may be requested before arrival. ID and card verification may also be required. No third-party bookings are accepted without prior written consent.
Additional charges
Extra guests beyond the booked number are listed at $50 per person, per night. Excess rubbish removal is $70. A 25% cleaning-fee loading may apply to back-to-back Sunday departures, and 50% for back-to-back public holiday departures.
Payment and booking fees
The published terms require a 50% deposit, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. A non-refundable $72 booking fee and 1.5% credit card surcharge apply. The indicative weekly rate published for this home starts from $7,794.
Cancellation terms

No parties, events, hens or bucks. This is a quiet residential area.
No smoking anywhere inside or outside the property. The listing states a $200 charge may apply.
Noise restrictions apply after 10:00 pm. No people are permitted on the balcony after 10:00 pm.
Bookings are not accepted for guests under 25 years old.
Close and lock windows and doors, switch off outdoor lights, take rubbish out and place bins out on the relevant collection night.
Do not move furniture, unplug technology appliances or leave excess rubbish.
Report property issues within two hours of arrival so the host has an opportunity to assist.
