Forries Beach Cottage is a recently renovated coastal home made for family gatherings, shared weekends and easy days by the sea.
Light-filled open-plan living gives everyone room to gather, while the front courtyard, enclosed rear balcony, side balcony and quiet backyard provide places to spread out. The backyard adjoins a common reserve, bringing the surrounding native bushland close.
The space
Four bedrooms sleep up to ten guests. The main bedroom has its own ensuite and backyard access, while two bunk rooms suit children or larger groups. Guests have exclusive use of the whole home and its indoor and outdoor spaces.

Arrival and departure
Published check-in is from 2:00 pm, with self check-in available. The property summary gives a 10:00 am checkout, while the detailed booking terms state checkout by 9:00 am. At Christmas and Easter, check-in is approximately 4:00 pm and checkout approximately 9:30 am. Confirm your applicable times before arrival.
Connectivity and comfort
Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating are provided. Bed linen and bath towels are included, and the home is deep cleaned before each stay. Beach towels are not supplied.
Kitchen and outdoor spaces
The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, cutlery, plates and basic pantry items. A BBQ is available on the back balcony.
Parking and pets
The driveway accommodates two cars. The property is pet friendly. A $50 fee per pet is published in the booking terms. Confirm the applicable pet conditions when booking.
Bond and charges
A refundable $1,000 security bond may be requested before arrival. The booking terms also publish a $72 non-refundable booking fee, a 1.5% card fee, $50 per unbooked extra guest per night, $50 for an unclean BBQ, oven or microwave, and $70 for excess rubbish removal.
Minimum stays and cancellation
Long weekends have a three-night minimum stay. Written cancellation more than 90 days before arrival incurs a $150 administration fee, cancellation from 30 to 90 days retains 20% of the booking value, and cancellation within 30 days is non-refundable unless the full stay is rebooked. Confirm the terms presented with your booking.

The cottage is in a quiet cul-de-sac about a three-minute walk from Forresters Beach. Terrigal, Avoca Beach, coastal walks and local restaurants are within easy reach, while the backyard adjoins a peaceful common reserve.

Maximum ten registered guests. Unapproved extra guests are charged at the published nightly rate.
Bookings are not accepted for guests under 25 years old, schoolies, hens or bucks groups.
No parties or events of any kind. Third-party bookings require prior written consent.
No smoking anywhere inside or outside the property.
Respect neighbours and local noise restrictions. No balcony use is permitted after 10:00 pm.
Do not move furniture or unplug technology appliances.
