Security Bond

A refundable security bond of $1,000 is required at least seven days before arrival by direct deposit. The bond will be returned within seven days of departure, subject to the property's terms and conditions and a satisfactory property inspection.

Digital identification may be required before check-in.

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere and high standard of the property:

• Strictly no parties, functions, bucks or hens celebrations.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

• Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

• The property is best suited to families, multi-generational groups and mature groups of friends.

• The person making the reservation must ordinarily stay at the property throughout the booking. Approved corporate, insurance or relocation bookings may be considered with additional verification.
